How do I provide my combination when ordering?
In the order notes field on WooCommerce, write your exact combination letter by letter. If you’re unsure how to set it up, you can send us your combination via WhatsApp or email before buying.
Can it be used as a real, working padlock?
Yes, the padlock is functional but not a security item. It opens with the letter combination you chose and locks like any combination padlock. It works well on a handle, suitcase, box , or a “love-lock bridge”.
