Once you confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you have not received it.
If you want to change or cancel something, contact us by any of the available means.
2. Prices and payment
The prices you see include all taxes.
You will pay when confirming the order, using the methods we offer you.
The prices on the web may change, but they will always be maintained in the purchases made and until you receive your order.
3. Shipping and deliveries
We ship to all of Europe.
Delivery times may vary depending on where you live or the product you choose. We will keep you informed at all times of the tracking and status of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if the shipping company has any delays or incidents.
4. Returns and refunds

5. Intellectual property
Everything you see in Papelulandia — photos, texts, designs — is ours and it is not allowed to use it without permission.

At Papelulandia we do everything with great care and our priority is to take care of you as a customer from the first contact with us, but:

Papelulandia is governed by Spanish law and, if there are problems, they will be resolved in the courts of Santander.
