Returns and Refunds Policy

At Papelulandia, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 15 days from the date it was delivered to the destination address.

Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
  • The return shipping costs are borne by Papelulandia, but the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • To return the product, contact us at pe*****@**********ia.es and follow the instructions we give you. We will schedule a collection at the delivery location whenever possible.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you about the status of the refund.
If approved, it will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns for other Reasons

If the reason for the return is different (for example, damaged, incorrect, or defective item), at
Papelulandia we will handle each case on a personalized basis:

  • We will organize the collection of the product whenever possible.
  • In these cases, the shipping costs will be borne by Papelulandia and, in case of return, the original shipping costs will be refunded.

We will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Do not send your purchase without contacting us first.

Cases with Partial Refund

The following cases will be evaluated individually:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons beyond Papelulandia’s control.
  • Items returned more than 15 days after the delivery date.

Management Times

  • Exchanges: The delivery time of the new product may vary depending on your location.
    Do not send the item without notice; Papelulandia will coordinate the collection and shipment as soon as possible, keeping you informed of the tracking at all times.
  • Refunds: These will be processed following the conditions indicated in the Refunds section.
    The time it takes to be reflected will depend on your bank or entity and the payment method used.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we will contact you to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method, within a period that will depend on your bank or the payment method used.

Delays or Unreceived Refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer.
  3. Talk to your bank; sometimes there is a processing time before the refund appears.

Sale Items

At Papelulandia, all items—even those on sale—are covered by the same exchange and return policy.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, we will contact the buyer and you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the return.
    Once we receive it, we will send it to you by mail to the same address.
  • If it was not marked as a gift or was received first by the person who bought it, the refund will be made to that person,
    who will receive the confirmation.
